Eat local because of great taste, health, and sustainability.
A program produced by the Downtown Raleigh Alliance, the Raleigh Downtown Farmers Market strives to be a guiding force in shaping the environmental, social, and financial health of downtown by bringing the highest quality local growers and food artisans together to the Raleigh community. The farmers market contributes to the sustainability and success of downtown by serving as a community gathering place, a vehicle for a regional economy, and a center for fresh, local food.
We come from Raleigh about 15 minutes out every Saturday to the Kerry downtown farmers market. I We appreciate being able to see who's grown our food. It's just an experience just coming here and meeting the people. It's a great hub for the community. How many things have I seen at the farmers market? Peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, squash, butternut squash, coffee, cheese, meat, onions, jalapenos, kale, honey, blueberries, flowers. If you're a foodie, I'd come here. Definitely come here. Who should support the Kerry downtown farmers market? Everybody. I do love it so much.
