Tonight, the Pueblo County Commission came to a settlement with the marijuana dispensary, Heritage Organics. In the settlement, the owners of Heritage Organics were allowed to pay a $30,000 fine to the county and has 180 days to sell their retail marijuana store license. That license will expire if it does not sell. This comes after the board suspended all licenses for Heritage Organics back in June after 12 violations of the store. The board did not discuss the violations tonight. They say they will do that at a later date.
