That's because there's ice all over the restaurant. Tundra is joining the ice age with a winter wonderland grand opening party. We wanted ice sculptures to be the focal point, create something totally different. This is what we came up with. Now it ain't easy to fill the place with ice sculptures and ice walls. It takes a lot of ice, ice, baby. We do 10,000 pounds of ice each week for Tundra restaurants. And we display it out on the Las Olas Boulevard every night. Inside the restaurant, by means of ice balls for your signature drinks, ice plates by your food brought items, and on ice sconces on the walls. With all that ice around, the only thing hot at this restaurant is the snow bunnies and the food.
