Hi, I'm Linda from Connecticut, Thomason, Connecticut, and I hired Casanova to do my roof and they were very professional about it. The people were very polite and very prompt and they finished it in one day, in one day, which really pleased us. Were very happy with the work. My name is Adrian Silva. I live in Bloomfield, Connecticut. I dealt with John Casanova and his guys for quite a while now. I'm generally pleased with all of them, the men and John and I. . . We used Casanova remodeling for several projects including replacing the roof, replacing the skylights, replacing the gutters, adding a hot-topper to the gutter system, doing some clubboard work on the house, and some general repairs. First, about the people. The owner, the operations manager, very professional, very knowledgeable. The owner was able to provide us a quote at his first visit to the house. He didn't have to take away any information and come back with a quote. So, very responsive, again, very knowledgeable about the products and the services that he offers, and was very fair with his pricing from our perspective. About the workers, very professional again, very polite, kept the area clean and very skilled craftsmen. Did excellent work as far as we can tell with the job. We've had several heavy rainstorms since then. No leaks. Not only did they replace the shingling on the roof, but they replaced all the flashing, which was critical to us, and we would recommend them, and in fact already have recommended them to others as they consider work.
