Just two guys in a garage with a knack for service. The duo became a crew. A culture began to grow and a family was born. Well, lowest straight is where I started at. I was all of accounting. Trucks didn't have phones. Cell phones didn't exist. We didn't have pagers. We had radios in the trucks and you had to communicate between radios and there was one after the shop. In the early days, Mike and Ron were service technicians. They were probably my worst for turning invoices and their paperwork had stuffed back in the day. I always had to get on about that. And paper, everyt I don't know how Joyce did it. Little index cards that we would have alphabetical But it used to be that we'd have to run to a store and get quarters out of our pocket and use a pay phone and call a shop. You do an install, you do the electrical, you do the startup, you do everyt The sheet metal. Sometimes I wonder how we even got jobs done. I was Two gals that have never, ever had a computer. I've been in front of one. Don't know anyt Nowadays, We can look right on the internet or we can have a whole set of prints s To me, it still seems kind of small because you all have your own department. You kind of run your own department. But, It's kind of cool to see. Onward and upward. When the only sure t Learn, grow, repeat. We're all h It's how you react and how you respond once you make that mistake is where the real, real magic is and where growth happens. And I t It's making mistakes and owning them, but growing from them. Get people to rise to the occasion and to become somet Oh, I love that, man. When you get a younger guy out there and he's making And, It's always about growth. It's about getting better. Even if that's really nice. And Campbell's always been great to step forward and get us the education we need to make sure that we are n We feel that there's nobody better in the industry than training the technical side. So if you have the right character, the right attitude, there's nowhere t And there's nowhere that you can'take there's no participation trophy for common sense. But when small town values take on world-class service, an entire industry takes notice. At the center of it all, families come first. From the families we serve to the families of our employees, we never lose sight of what we believe is the true meaning of wealth, our family and community. My favorite part of the job here at Campbell & Company would be meeting new customers every single day. Getting to know them one-on-one, kind of We're friends, our family. You want to be the good in someone's day. Provides comfort and makes people's lives better and easier. And I just But there's a lot of stuff day to day. We're guys that will call me and say, hey, what can we do to help these people? And I want to go home and go to sleep with a smile on my face each night. Campbell & Company always makes it known that if you have a family obligation, that comes first. It means a lot to my family and I. Campbell & Company is the community. That's the company. It's everyt Without each member all the way throughout the process, throughout each and every department, we can't do what we do without each and every person. Campbell & Company is bigger than just a job. Campbell & Company is me. It's my teammates. Kind of a lifestyle. I mean, it's all encompassing it. It's more than just a company. It's a family. It brings me happiness. I'll never leave. Unless they get rid of me. The support system here is not Abundant culture. How can we grow tighter as a team? You are doing your job that you should be doing, but it's also looking to others around you on how you can help them, how maybe they can help you. Every day I have people that I get to work with. Every day I have people that I get to look out for and I get to help grow, but also in return we get to grow together. We always bring people up around us, motivate people. Not only be a better employee, but a better person in your community and just a better person in your life in general. We are the worker bees, but we're not treated as worker bees.
