Local companies Greenberg Gibbons and Vanguard are ready to create Foundry Row and bring Wegmans and upscale retail to the vacant Solo Cup factory site.
Foundry Row will be a $140 million mixed-use development. Besides Wegmans, it will include a national fitness anchor, sporting goods anchor, fine shops and restaurants. An additional 40,000 square feet of commercial office space will complement the retail.
