Foundry Row

Local companies Greenberg Gibbons and Vanguard are ready to create Foundry Row and bring Wegmans and upscale retail to the vacant Solo Cup factory site.

Foundry Row will be a $140 million mixed-use development. Besides Wegmans, it will include a national fitness anchor, sporting goods anchor, fine shops and restaurants. An additional 40,000 square feet of commercial office space will complement the retail. Foundry Row will serve as a catalyst to create significant new economic development and job opportunities for the greater Owings Mills community and Baltimore County. Greenberg Gibbons is headquartered in Owings Mills, less than a mile from the Solo Cup site. Vanguard is also a local Baltimore County company. The County Planning Board has already unanimously recommended approval of the necessary rezoning for Foundry Row. The County Council is preparing to make a final vote on August 27, 2012.
