The state of Maryland ended up purchasing the property. It was divided and Fair Wow. So, tell me a little bit. What do you do here at Fair We do everyt Well, and the big t Absolutely. We are one of two places in the United States that actually hosts a five-star level event, wow. Now, we maintain the property in partners Tell us a little bit about your relations Rupert is the most patient contractor I have ever had the privilege of working with. As I'm a new addition to DNR, Office of Outdoor Rec, I had a really steep learning curve at a very crucial time for the turf course here at Fair They always have five-star reviews for Rupert always. Thank you. So, Martin, tell me a little bit about what we do on the site here. So, we mow over 100 acres of turf, spend countless hours line trimming and mowing. We maintain the irrigation system, do manual watering and details throughout the facility to maintain it in top shape. So, the irrigation system, you do that on a smart app too? Yes. So, we use a cell card. So, essentially through moisture readings that we do daily, we decide the moisture levels that we need and from there I adjust the irrigation program to run to get to the moisture levels that we need. Perfect. And then another t Correct. So, after the horse workouts, we do blow out of the divots, roll the sod and we also repair with a sand mix. Perfect.
