the park area. So we're going to go back to the park area. And I'm going to go back to the park area. Yes, definitely, guys, and I don't know about you, but I'm definitely a huge food truck fan. But as far as you can see right now, for the most part, this area is mostly composed of just the parking lot that we usually see over here by Bass Pro as well as this beautiful park area. But what they're wanting to do is make this a really exciting and kind of a go to place also in the park area. And it's going to go all the way over to the Oklahoma City Boulevard Bridge. Especially behind the canal or to the west of the canal down here by the climbing gym, the co-op land, still lots of potential. It's always been in the plans to develop lower, lower brick town. Hogan Properties worked with the truck yard filing a building permit and working towards dates to begin construction. They say they've developed similar projects in cities The property will feature an assortment of food trucks, live music events, indoor and outdoor beer garden and more. I think it will be a great start to more live music. I don'think you can ever have enough live music and a great outdoor concept on a day The downtown OKC partnership group says this project is working towards their goal to bring more people to the businesses within brick town and along the canal. I think that there'still room for creativity on placement for businesses. I know that we've talked to businesses about smaller concepts going in under the Oklahoma City Boulevard along the east side of this parking lot. There's a lot of opportunity in brick town. And developers say they are hoping that this project is going to take at least a year in the making. So we're hoping to be back here this time next spring. Hopefully with maybe some chicken wings or maybe a slice of pizza in my hand.
