Construction at the new class and curve area is moving along at a brisk pace. The idea for the 95,000 square foot shopping center was conceived by Chesapeake Energy CEO, Aubrey McLendon, and was designed by award-winning arc I had t It's more than just shopping per se. It's window shopping, it's being a part of seeing other people and being in a very comfortable environment for them. There are a n And it has to do with low ceilings and signage done poorly and not enough glass and said, how can we do it better? How can we do the very best environment we possibly can? So what we have is wonderful big glass storefronts. And even if you were a small store, you would come in and have a wonderful big glass storefront. You would have great vol The lighting is everyt How the ambiance of the space feels both at daytime and nighttime, as I always say, retail sells at night just And so all of those the site is long and narrow, so the concept developed into an internal, main street shopping experience for small scale tenants. It's intended to be a very diverse group of people with similar t And so we have everyone from Bal yetts, we've got uptown kids coming. It's a brand new venue for c It's a very exciting t It's about the energy. It's really what it is. How do we bring the very best together in one place? And classic curve was suited for unique tenants. It was not suited for big box stores or any of that sort of t Bal yetts building is 17,000 square feet. Our current building is 12,000, so it's a significant increase in space. It's a fabulous project. They are coming down the home stretch with construction. The drywall is up. The beautiful w The elevator cabs were delivered today. All of the fas And we're doing somet Plus we'll have the gorgeous natural daylight spilling in from the windows outside. Just around the corner from Bal yetts is the new Republic Gastropub. T Well as far as the beer goes, there are quite a few pubs in town in the state that actually focus on beer. So what our goal is to be the leader of American craft beers. We have about 65 American craft beers on our tap list. We double, a few of them in the bottle range as well. But total taps are 100 taps and bottles right now are at 250 bottles. Some of the American craft beers are kind of hard to get in the state, so we're having to work a little extra overtime to bring those in and our beer connoisseurs are coming out in groves to see what we have. As far as the menu goes, I've said before I couldn't be more excited about t It's just, It's from c All the burgers are made with all-natural ground beef from right here in the state. We have one steak, a couple of seafood options, so it's a fun menu. As far as 50-inch plasmas, we have about 15, and four of those are outside on our patio area. The patio is set up in kind of a living room format with lounge furniture, so each section has its own 50-inch TV. And then as we go up, we have four 103-inch plasmas, and those are incredible. You can see those from anywhere in the restaurant. And then we finish up with a 200-inch projection It's been such a My wife and I moved here when we bought the alley. It's in 1991, so we've been through the whole Maps One, the whole NBA coming to Oklahoma City. Yeah, it couldn't be more exciting. I wish I was 20 years younger. And if you'll notice, we have these courtyards. And the courtyards were here on purpose. We want people to come. We wanted to walk around on the classic curved grounds. We want them to come over here and jog. We want them to stop. Classic curves are very different attitude about that. The interest in good health, the interest in being outdoors, and we want you to come and stay and hang around. And it's been real fun because the adjacent neighborhoods have started using t It's just fabulous. Thank you.
