We're fortunate enough to be geographically situated, surrounded, quite literally by amazing farms. Our chef meets with Ohio Roots a couple times a month, and that's when we build our menu room. Welcome everyone, welcome to Ohio's everyone today. So we basically provide most of the local restaurants in Ohio, Ventura, Santa Barbara County. That's kind of what you're eating at these local restaurants from our farm. So we It's all about taking a whole systems approach, thinking about the ecosystem being as efficient as you can with all your resources. We serve Mountain Valley Springwater Solutions at our restaurant, and I think it has a very firm place in the culinary landscape. I really enjoy coming back to outstanding the field because of the community, and the food is always amazing.
