Walmart sells. They undercut everybody. Chris Tremblay has owned this beach shop for seven years but says there's no way she could compete with a big retailer They sell everything cheaper than what we can sell it for. I mean they sell stuff for what we have to buy it for. The county officials say the project will stimulate the local economy. This is breathing new life into a dark shopping center. We expect to see some jobs from it and more commerce in the community. This business owner though says her concerns have been ignored. They don't care if we survive. Next steps from here, the hearing examiner will make recommendations and then this project will go to the board of county commissioners for approval. Of course I'll continue to follow this story and bring you the latest updates on the project as they become available. Live in the studio, Kristi Diamond, Fox 4 in your corner.
