I'm the owner of Strength Raps. T He's going to be my van and bike today. We're going to give you a quick tutorial of how to put on your strength reps. So real quick Noah's going to show you how to put them on. Basically what you want to do is line it up so you have full range of motion. Good. So as you see here, Noah's going to go ahead and wrap that around It doesn't have to be really tight, but just line the thread up so you want that stitch to line on top of itself. So it's going to be nice to snug when you tighten it down. So strength reps are designed to give you wrist support, but still have that full range of motion. You're going to take the string all the way to the end, tuck the knot underneath, just as a placeholder. All right. So what it's designed to do is go ahead and twist down on itself. Go for it. Make it so how you can make it nice and tight. Righty, tighty. And then if you want to loosen it up, you have your, come off the pull up bar, your arms are full of blood, and you have a big p You want to loosen it up. Lefty, lefty, loosey.
