We are working exclusively with generations-old Japanese knife houses in Sakai to offer customized cutlery with old world craftsmanship. As well as cutlery, we will offer an authentic professional Japanese whetstone knife sharpening service for our customers. Coutelier NOLA will offer a line of the daily tools chefs need, such as antique plating spoons, moleskines, scissors, peelers, microplanes, tweezers, custom leather and canvas aprons and knife-rolls, etc. We want to create a quality one-stop shop for culinary professionals.
