About what you eat. EIO, everything is organic. The hive is a reference to community. Her restaurant sits on Charlotte Avenue and her mission to get Nashvillians to eat healthy this holiday season. The goal is to stay healthy up and through the holidays, not starting January 1, but it's a 365 day journey. It starts by cutting down on the sweet stuff. First of all, is to stick to minim So don't overdo it. That's the first thing. Instead, she's making holiday cocktails with agave. Two ounces of Tito's vodka. The menu at EIO focuses on locally sourced ingredients, rotisserie chicken, bone broth soups. You can get food to go, eat in, or buy healthy stocking stuffers for loved ones on your list. We have meal-tone coffee that makes a great stocking stuffer. It's a local coffee. Between me pollinators, this honey is amazing. So there's a couple different flavors, so that makes a great stocking stuffer. So while health food in Nashville is still competing with barbecue and hot chicken, here the line for lunch is growing.
