Nutrishop Mt. Juliet

So come in and then they can help you with the print out and help you to understand that and help to optimize your body's performance, not even necessarily in a physical bodybuilding kind of way, but just in a, hey, I want to feel better kind of way. So they can help with that. Absolutely. Okay. That's what it comes down to primarily for us is how you feel. Even though aesthetics is a lot, we want to make sure people feel better even outside of the competing side. Outside of the bodybuilding industry. We can service anyt They should be taking certain t Right. They can't get enough of their whole food nutrition in today's world. Or if we just focus on nutrition, we can help in that aspect as well. Right. Speaking of nutrition, you offer a really cool service that is meal prep planning. Yes. So explain that to everybody. So there's a company that we work with. They're actually customers of the shop and they wanted to branch off and do their own t It is called Cooking Around Town. They will be coming to a storefront soon, a healthy restaurant that you can actually go to and feel comfortable not having a sodi A lot of the food being disproportionate. That'supposed to happen by the end of the year, but right now they deliver every week to our location when you order meals online to help people stay on point with the nutrition more than anyt Very cool. So if you have trouble, if you struggle with knowing what you can and can't eat and you feel Not that I've been there, but You feel Swallowed air. That's all I can do. But they can help with that and help you to know that you can have good meals that are also good for you. And so that's another service that they offer here at Nutrishop. You can come in and ask about that. And then lastly, as if he wasn't already doing enough, Jay has two promotions going on right now to help the community.
