One man is off the streets after police say he shot a teenager in the back. 20 year old Michael Hartford was arrested Saturday afternoon. Police accuse him of shooting a 17 year old in the back with a handgun through the seat of a car. The shooting happened last Saturday at the intersection of Monroe Street and Talmadge Road. We don't know the condition of that team. But court records say the bullet is still lodged in their back and they have been to multiple hospitals for treatments.
