Nutrition Shack

My name is Bianca Donald, this is my husband James Donald and we're local business owners here in Holotus. We own the nutrition shack so we have healthy meal replacement shakes, we have post recovery shakes, we have delicious energy drinks that are going to give you energy all day and help you burn calories and boost metabolism. So if Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm, Saturdays 10 to 6 and Sundays 10 to 4. My family is actually one of my first friends when I moved here from El Paso so we've known each other for about 25 years but we've been on meal prep with her for the past year. It looked completely different from any other meal prep we've tried, it's colorful, so it looks amazing, it tastes even more amazing. Just the convenience of it as well, the meal prep is always delivered on time. Being local business owners it's hard for us to go home and prep our meals and to weigh everything out so having someone deliver us the meals it just makes life so much easier. Yeah I'm very picky, I don't I'm not too picky, as far as him, just no vegetables, no onions, no anything that's colorful he doesn't So again we've been probably getting meal prep for the past 10 years straight but everyone else that we've gotten meal prep from is a typical ground turkey asparagus, brown rice so I've never seen a meal prep person that is still healthy but yet gives you such a different variety of foods
