Music Back when we first started the company and had the idea of getting going, we wanted something that would change the pre-owned surgical medical devices industry. That was a lot different than what was going on currently in the marketplace where it was almost a black slash grayish market where equipment ended up in the wrong hands. We set ourselves apart by the selection of products we have in our warehouse. We also have a brand new website that we hope Music The first step in our receiving process is receiving each of the products. Upon receipt, we will clean them, test them, serialize them. Then that will be put aside for each individual rep who is responsible for those specific products. Our marketing team makes it easy and efficient for them to take pictures of products and get them posted quickly on our website. After an order is placed, pick tick will be created within our system. One of the guys in our warehouse will then scan those in and out. Before the items go out, they are cleaned once again. They are packaged. We have our own bubble wrap machine. We have double walled boxes that can either be blind shipped with no logo or they can be packaged in our original packaging that keeps them safe as well. The customer we notified immediately once the package has been picked up and scanned from FedEx to do their email address. We are located just a few miles south of beautiful Chicago, Illinois. Definitely I would tell our customers to come and visit our warehouse. They really want to get the full experience, meet our people here, meet the sales reps, meet our warehouse crew, meet everyone who is going touch your equipment and help you with your order from start to finish.
