Rugged Rosaries® by CordBands.com was started in October of 2012, and thanks to our terrific customers, it is still going strong. We are the original paracord rosary makers! CordBands started as a hobby and an idea which turned into a business. My teenage son designed the logo, business cards, and brand and started making wristbands. I started making rosaries for troops. Now we spend time every day, along with 6 other rosary makers, cutting cord, sanding beads, sorting split rings, tying knots, ordering materials, and fulfilling customer orders. We are inspired by the wonderful emails and letters we receive from our customers, many telling us how their Rugged Rosary has changed their lives. We get so much joy and inspiration from this and we strive to reflect that in our rosaries. We make sure our rosary makers see all the positive messages from the customers because they love knowing that their work is appreciated and helpful to so many. We are so blessed. A little more about us: We are based in Northern California halfway between the rugged coastline and the beautiful Sierra Mountains. We are aimed at providing high quality long lasting RUGGED rosaries for our customers. We believe every customer should get exactly what they want in a quick, easy, and affordable fashion. We use authentic 550 paracord from the same suppliers that provide paracord to the Department of Defense and the US Military to ensure the utmost quality in every product. We also try to find the best, most rugged crucifixes around the world. Our crucifixes are imported from Germany, Italy, and Brazil, among other places. Our medals are all imported from Italy.
