In 2016, Louisiana amended two statutes that require that entertainers whose breast or buttocks are exposed be 21 years old or older if they work at a venue that is licensed to serve alcohol. If you have to be 21 to drink in a strip club, you should be 21 to take off your clothes in a strip club. In 2017, three federal appeals court judges ruled that Louisiana could not set 21 as the minim It was a major win for those three exotic dancers who sued the commissioner of Louisiana's Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control. At that time, those dancers were an 18-year-old LSU student, a 19 and a 20-year-old both from New Orleans. But those same three judges withdrew their prior opinion, changing their minds. Now they say the state can enforce that law. I agree with that totally because that type of environment, I t You should be 21. They're serving liquor and everyt I t Yeah. Some strip club managers told us off camera that it doesn't hurt them too much because they didn't allow workers that were 18 years old But other clubs are known for their barely legal workers.
