After years of enjoying sewing and stenciling, Joni started stenciling signs to sell at the local craft fairs. Her goal was to find unique sayings and quotes. When asked by one shop that sells her stenciled signs to do ones of local towns, she decided to stitch it instead...which lead to the burlap signs that have taken off in popularity! Who knew burlap was so "IN"?!? Since then she has been embroidering table runners and bureau toppers of burlap as well. Then 3+ years a vendor from Robin's Egg bought a Milford, NH burlap town sign and suggested Joni have her signs available there....which led to Joni's OWN booth at Robin's Egg, and since then has added refinished furniture, Halladay's Harvest Barn dips and soups, lamps, home decor, gift selection to her space, which is growing by the day!
