out to a developing story out of Biscayne Bay, a chaotic scene near Bayside Marketplace after dozens of police cars flooded the area. Yeah, police say it all started after a group of teenagers became unruly according to investigators. Some were fighting and others were setting off fireworks, which then led people to believe they heard gunshots and that just caused panic. Officers quickly responded to the scene. Three people are now in custody.
