My name is Mark Jacobson. I'm the vice president of store personnel with trade home shoes. We are based out of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, an employee-owned company. I would describe trade home as a unique retailer. We are 100% employee-owned and we focus on giving full service to each and every one of our customers in our over 130 locations. I think what customers We have a great selection, obviously, when you walk in the store and we're competitively priced, but it's the h It's the customer service. What's different about being employee-owned is the fact that each and every one of our owner-operators, they get a piece of the rock. It doesn't happen very often where whether or not it's a store manager, it's an assistant manager, it's a warehouse worker, it's our CEO. All of us get an equal opportunity to own part of it.
