February n We finished the month with 222 homes for sale, which was a 9. 8% increase inventory for January. Only 7 homes closed in February, which was a 67% decrease from January. Out of the 7 sold, 6 homes sold under asking, 1 sold out of asking, and none sold above asking. Average days on market increased to 73 days. Out of the ones sold, 1 sold in less than 30, 5 sold in under 90, and the rest took over 90 days.
