Because we have years of experience in displaying our own items in shops, we bring a lot of creativity to our estates sales. We like to give it a "Pinterest" kind of style. We have backgrounds in creating trash to treasure items, selling antiques and vintage items and working in antique, gift shops and at estate sales. We have literatlly been on both sides of the counter. Whether you are moving, downsizing, divorcing, liquidating or handling a family estate, Another Time, Another Place Estate Sales will do the tedious work for you. We clean, organize, display and mark your items and sell them in a three day sale. There is no money up front on your part. We take care of advertising and handling everything involved in the estate sale. After the sale, we give you 65% percent of the gross sales, with a report of each day's sales. We charge 35% and all expenses comes out of our percentage. We accept credit cards at our sales which a lot of estate sale companies do not. Credit cards not only increase the total sales but they also attract more customers when we include this in our advertising. We advertise in local papers, on social media, Facebook, email our customer contact list and hand out attractive flyers to local antique/resale shops. We keep details and pictures on our website anothertimeanotherplace.net as we work thru the home. Though it can be an emotional time, we help make it easier by taking care of the items that once made your house or a loved one's house into a home. Your items will have a new place, making another house into a home. You will always have your memories!
