Greetings! I'm Eric and here is my story. My entire life I'm had medical problems, specifically stomach issues. Although I lead active lifestyle outdoors on our ranch in Texas. I am by no means a health freak or a workout guy. I literally have no desire to lift weights other than moving a beer can from my chair to my mouth. The older I get the more I realize how important it is to fill the gaps with healthy substances other than beer, cigarettes and fast food. In essence, food is fuel for the body, and if you don't attempt to fill the gaps, you will eventually find yourself foundered on your couch. Advocare is the fuel that will help you get back from feeling like a human dumpster to a healthy human being. Advocare has and never will be my primary source of income. During this entire process, I really have had fun getting other people involved as well as trying products. I do drink the Meal Replacement Shakes and feel like they are a great filler for days I am not getting a healthy diet in.
