Hey guys! My name is Sara, I started Sip'ly Sophisticated January of 2014. This really was a hobby, my BF at the time said if i was going to keep crafting i needed to do something with the "stuff" i said okkk ill give it away no problem. He said i was looney and i needed to sell it because they were great items. After much debate and discussion he helped me set up my first etsy on February 9th 2014 :) By the end of June i was reeving so many orders i had to choose between etsy and my full time job, i decided to take a chance and quit my job, which i was a manager so i gave my employee 1 month to find and help train an replacement. Within a week of my "1 month" i was drowning. And at work i was miserable and home crafting i was so happy but i was exhausted i had to tell me boss i can't do it anymore and i had to leave :( she completely understood. Since then i NEVER looked back!! I am still going stronggg and as of January 3rd i left etsy and am only out there in the world on my own website i am so excited What sets me apart from other shops is that i don't do this for the money , yes now it pays the bills but i am passionate about this my customers are my life and i will go above and beyond for any of them. I am only human and i relate to people as such i will never up charge for "rush " orders i will always personalize items for free and i will always put 100% into everything i create. Btw the "at the time bf" is my current husband, and he was by my side for all my etsy ups and down and helped me every step of the way :) 9.24.16
