We've been here 20 years. We are Hair on Beauty predominantly hairdressing. We're a L'Oreal Professionnel salon. I've been hairdressing for 36 years and I still love it. Very passionate about it. I've been working at Millian Co Hair and Beauty for just over three years and I've been the apprentice here for a year and a half. I'm currently doing my level two hairdressing. I'm almost at the end of it and then I will continue on to my level three afterwards. I chose to have an apprentice in Millian Co Salon because when you have a student that shows the passion you can really grow them. It's really lovely and rewarding to see their confidence grow, watch their skill set develop. I was nominated by my assessor to be in the Apprentices I find it a very big ac I feel What I've really enjoyed about It makes it really interesting. It attracts all sorts For instance the apprentice we have at the moment Rosie she's just been nominated for Apprentice of the Year I've really enjoyed working with everybody. California has been very supportive all the time with finding models and for different hairstyles, her types and we also get in-house training with L'Oreal professional. So I've almost finished my apprentices I've fast tracked and I've exceeded my target today w I've found working with Heart of England exceptionally good actually. I'm very impressed with the one-to-one it's extremely well monitored they're very supportive if you've got any questions they're always on the other end of the phone and I've found them a lot more thorough
