Bohemian Baby sells baby carriers, natural body care for mother and baby, cloth diapers, toys and locally-made products. Bohemian Baby’s customers recognize our employees for their knowledge and refer others to the store for product instruction. Bohemian Baby’s monthly class schedule allows parents to get hands-on experience in all aspects of parenting including cloth diapering, babywearing, breastfeeding, holistic living and more. Bohemian Baby’s employees are encouraged to practice babywearing and breastfeeding with their own small children during their shifts. This encourage customers to ask questions and become more familiar with the practices, which are at the heart of bonding with your baby. The store’s owner, Heather Truax, owned and operated Fluff n’ Stuff in Knoxville Center Mall. It was Heather’s determination and knowledge that not only made the store successful, but a hub for all things regarding natural parenting in Knoxville. She has sponsored both the Knoxville Natural Parenting Expo and the Great Cloth Diaper Change. Heather is a wife and mother of two young children. Heather chose to close the doors of Fluff n’ Stuff and reopen as Bohemian Baby at 6907 Kingston Pike, Knoxville to better suit the needs of her customers. The store is a place where those already practicing natural parenting can meet and chat with those hoping to adopt the practice.
