Our beans have been specially selected and shipped to Alaska direct from the plantation in Costa Rica. Once here we custom roast and package onsite. We use a slow roast process to maintain complete control over the roast and to provide our customers with the freshest roast possible. Green beans also available if you prefer to roast your own.
