Millennium Trailers

Hello, let me introduce you to the 2016 40-foot Millenni T It's called 12 foot of living quarters plus the 8 foot of bed so you've got 20 foot I guess. Cabinetry up on the top above the bed, full queen-size bed on the top. You've got the dining area here. Of course that'll fold down into a bed Regency power shutoff switch for the 12 volts is down there. Circuit breakers and the power inverter or charger for the batteries is there. T It does have a CO2 sensor. It's got a furnace, refrigerator, freezer, combo, large cabinet here. It does have a clothes bar up in there, a microwave oven, and just cabinetry and stuff here. A lot of cabinet space up here. That's where I kept all my food typically. AMFM CD and I believe Bluetooth stereo system. Full bath and shower inside. Control center here to show battery voltage, how much is in the tanks and turn on the water p And also the hot water heater is gas and of course the stove top there. From here you can either go from the outside or from the inside into the garage. 20 foot garage, front to rear, 20 foot. Beautiful cabinetry has been added and installed. Installed it winch. I hardwired it to its own dedicated battery w That's where the remote control is located. The main power switch for the winch. I'm throwing in the leveling blocks and such. Got an outlet in there w Has lighting on the interior. That's 110. It also has another switch here w It also has 12 volt lighting throughout the entire trailer. That's the main exit door. D-rings in the floor. I've got e-track along the side as well as on the floor. I built t It's been very handy. You could use it with the wooden shelving or with just the bars or tires if you wanted to. Lots of ramp, long ramp for low clearance cars. I didn't put the flap down but you can see in the photos along with those are the halogen lights. It's got all the chrome accents. I don't I've put 12 ply heavy-duty tires on it. It's got brand new and I mean less than probably 500 miles on it. Hubs and bearings and all new self-adjusting brakes. Electric brakes on all six wheels and tires. I didn't mention the TV comes with it. It's a Roku TV. I had it set up to where I could run it on a little inverter if I wanted to on 12 volt power. It is a goose neck, a bulldog It's got two propane tanks. Obviously you adjust and you can decide w Two 12 volt batteries, the hydraulic p You can use t I don't have it locked right now but you can go up and raise the trailer up. Or you can obviously lower it down when you're lowering it into your truck. Now t I don't plan on including the generator unless the right deal is made. But t I've run the trailer fully on the generator power many times. Outside of course since it's an RV on the front you've got your air conditioner, I'm sorry, refrigerator, hot water heater and then the furnace. T It's got a 60 gallon fresh water tank and I believe 35 gallon waste tanks, gray and black waste tanks. It has large access on the side of the trailer. It does have an air conditioning system in the front in the living quarters with a wall mounted thermostat. And there you have it. I just priced one of these brand new and they priced me, they quoted me right at $100,000 and that doesn't include all the nice cabinetry on the inside, the generator type access panels and stuff So thank you for looking.
