Welcome to our Cedar The Cedar The homeowners chose the farmhouse elevation with w T Entering into a spacious foyer, you are greeted by a den flex space. T Back in the foyer, you are led to the open concept, great room, dining, and kitchen area of the house. The homeowner chose to have nine foot ceilings throughout the main level, and also chose to change the included vaulted great room ceiling to a dramatic full height two story space. The great room is approximately 20 feet by 20 feet and features an added gas fireplace with a more traditional style mantle, along with a stunning chevron patterned s The staircase woodcapped half wall was replaced with stained rails and iron spindle, completing the kitchen and dining room are open to the great room, perfect for entertaining or quiet nights hanging out with the family. The homeowner selected Brellen Pure Style cabinetry with crown molding, quartz countertops, and a large farmhouse sink. They also customized the kitchen cabinetry layout to suit their everyday needs. Right off the kitchen, a large walk-in pantry was created and will have floor to ceiling shelving for plenty of storage. Another feature you will notice throughout the large 13 foot by 19 foot owners bedroom is located on the first floor giving privacy from the secondary bedrooms. T A double vanity with linen cabinet was added and showcases included cultured marble countertops. An approximately 8 foot by 9 foot walk-in closet completes t Right off the foyer is a conveniently located half bath, w T Also off the foyer is access to the included full unfinished basement. The homeowners added a steel beam and elected to have a 13-course basement for additional ceiling height.
