behind bars after police say he set a fire inside a Walmart super center. Officials say 40 year old Mercutio South Hall pushed a burning shopping cart into the Homewood Walmart on Lakeshore Parkway. This was back on August 22nd. Everyone was forced to evacuate. Fortunately no one was hurt but the fire triggered alarms and caused damage. South Hall is charged with arson, criminal mischief and drug possession.
