The retail fashion chain forever 21 is closing all of its stores here in the United States, including two of them right here in the western New York region. The move comes while the company files for bankruptcy for a second time. The store has locations of course at the Walden Gallery and the fashion outlets of Niagara Falls. Officials with the company say the foreign competition rising costs and evolving cons The company filed for bankruptcy for the first time back in 2019 and its latest bankruptcy filing forever 21. The listed assets are between $100 and $500 million, with liabilities between $1 billion, up to $10 billion.
