Or email us at [email protected] if for some reason facebook is not letting you contact us through there. :] Everything in our albums we can personalize for you in the colors, sizes, and letters/words you want! We do not allow any negative comments towards another person or persons on our page. We go by a no "bully" policy as well. When we have contests, please make sure you follow the rules that are stated within so that you qualify to enter. We reserve the right to disqualify anyone that tends to be rude or inconsiderate towards another person. When ordering an item(s), we will send you as many previews as needed until we have the preview that fits your liking.. and then we'll need your email to send you an invoice for payment. Once the item(s) is/are paid for, we will then order the tee(s) and other materials needed if we don't have them in stock. We do not have our items in bulk. We buy as we go, which means it takes a few days to get the item(s) here to be able to start on them. Turn around time varies from a few days to a week. All items except for tie blankets, won in our auction, or upon purchase.. can be personalized, free of charge! We reserve the right to post pictures of the item(s) we make after we show our customers the item(s) first. Payments must be in advance. We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.
