Let me share with you my current favorite horseradish cream, Engelhofer t So it's not just straight root but is very strong. Wonderfully delightfully strong. It is indeed nice and creamy, not stringy. Rather smooth texture overall. The moment I open it up I can smell it. Oh that horseradish is delightful.
