In the fall of 2015 Falls Cutlery was born. Our aim is to bring you the best cutlery you will own. Kitchen knives made with quality steel, in shop dyed and stabilized wood and burl handles, and crafted by knowledgeable and trusted makers. It is our hope that we can provide you with a blade that not only can take care of your simple cutting need at home, but also on the front lines of any professional kitchen. Here at Falls Cutlery we are proud of our craftsmanship and attention to detail. Every knife we craft here we do so as part a team. We have brought together an amazing group of people from all sorts of different backgrounds. It was our love for the craft, tools, big machines and working with our hands that brought us together, and what pushes us to be better. Aside from our standard line of kitchen knives we love doing customs. This allows you, our customer, the opportunity to have a truly unique, and one of kind knife.
