All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking unless noted otherwise in listing. Northern Belle Gifts is not responsible for packages lost by USPS. It is very important to check the turnaround (located in the top bar) that the shop is currently running on, it's typically about 7-14 business days, as I'm a one mom operation. My goal is to get items out within the 7 day mark. Refunds and Exchanges Due to the custom nature of the items offered by Northern Belle Gifts , absolutely no refunds will be granted. This policy also applies to instances when a customer has listed the monogram incorrectly. I will not accept order cancellations after 48 hours, after 48 hours a cancellation will be considered* and if granted a 20% re-stock fee will apply. (A cancellation will ONLY be considered if an order has not shipped yet) Additional policies and FAQs Q: When will my order ship? A: My current turnaround is listed in the shop announcement bar, I cannot guarantee an order will be shipped before your expected ship date unless the rush option is purchased. You can check your expected ship date by following the directions above. Q: My monogram is wrong, what do I do? A: Even though I double check all orders, mistakes can happen, please message me with your order number BEFORE leaving a review and I will do whatever I can to resolve the issue. Happy customers are very important to me! Q: Do you accept custom orders? A: I do! I love custom orders! Please select request custom order and let's chat! Typically custom orders can take up to the full turnaround time and may require an additional charge for design time. Q: Can I change the color of the decal? A: OF COURSE!! Just leave detailed notes at checkout and I will be glad to change the colors for you, be sure to check the color chart to verify we offer the color you are looking for! Any questions, message me! A: NO, I do not recommend putting any items with decals in the dishwasher! Northern Belle Gifts is not responsible for replacing any items that were placed in the dishwasher.
