Assalamualaikum and This idea was developed by our team which consists of four group members which is me, Hakeem, Naufal and Afnan. Let's take a look at our business model canvas. I will work you through how businesses work, from how we make and deliver our food to who we serve and how we plan to grow. Our main focus is to prepare a high quality meals, promoting the brand to creative marketing and make sure that our food gets to our customer on time. These are the core parts of our daily operations. To spread the work with our customer, we plan to rely on NorthMoroc channel, social media platform and simple feedback tools after sales. This truly will help us improve and stay connected with our customer. The sales will come from customer paying in cash, online transfer or QR payment. It's all about giving them options that are fast and easy. We are mainly targeting students in college and university. Young adults and people who enjoy trying out new and trendy food ideas, we want to attract those who are curious and love unique experiences. To keep customer coming back, we plan to collect feedback, create personal connections and do a supportive online community around our brand. Now what makes our product different is we produce a creamy mushroom soup served inside an edible crispy bread bowl which is delicious and fun to eat. To make this business happen, we will be working with local ingredients suppliers, mercury equipment suppliers, student organizations for promotions and social media influencers to help us reach a bigger audience. Running this business means we will need to cover things Last but not least, to deliver great food and service, we will need a well-equipped kitchen, fresh ingredients, skilled and friendly staff, a good location and a strong brand identity.
