The Harris Building

Welcome to 111 South Division. My name is Chris. I'm one of the owners and today I want to give you a virtual tour and show you the space that we have. So as you could see over here we have division. We got a lot of parking that's right out from it's pretty open and they're actually used to be an Italian restaurant in here years ago. But in the meantime it's basically just been kind of event space since we took over. So follow me this way I'm going to show you the kitchen setup that we have currently and then this space what we're thinking the 5,000 square feet it's basically going to go all the way back to that bar that you see back there and we're going to block off this wall. But again I'll kind of show you what that is. In this building what we have is we have an event center on the second floor we have co-working on the third floor and we're looking at putting in more offices on the south side and then the basement we're hoping and possibly putting in maybe a speak easy. So we want to bring a lot of restaurants a lot of hospitality in this area. It's kind of activate this building and then have multiple restaurants bringing multiple people in. Similar concept if you think of Bridge Street if you're familiar with Grand Rapids. So check out the kitchen really quick show you what we have. So this used to be bigger but they condensed it a little bit but it does have room to expand here as well. We do have some equipment that comes with it. If you have your own equipment that's great too but this is the kitchen currently. And then we'll go right this way to check out the bar area. And then here we do have this bar area. Again we're thinking about doing is blocking it off here this wall. Again those are ideas but it's based on the tenant right. It's based on the needs. If you want to rent the entire floor you're more than welcome and we can make a deal happen to you. But for now what we're listening we're focusing on is this 5,000 square feet to bring the best possible concept here.
