Hi, I'm Andy Fowler, co-founder and CTO at Nutshell. And I'm Ben Goldstein, Nutshell content producer. Here at Ann Arbor for the past few years, we've been building friendly and affordable CRM software that's focused on the needs of small business sales teams. And now we're hitting the road to hear firsthand how Nutshell's helping our customers grow their businesses and build stronger relationships. My name is Adam Kyle and I'm the CEO and founder of Brothers Leather Supply Company here in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We create timeless leather pieces, bags, wallets, notebooks that are really high quality at a really affordable price. Nutshell is the lifeblood to our business and here's what I mean by that. You can't manage what you can't measure and if you can't measure your productivity, if you can't measure how many clients you're going after in a day, if you can't measure how many people you've talked to in a week, how do Before Nutshell, we just did our best to kind of have a spreadsheet, use highlighting systems. I would try to read the spreadsheet and try to figure out what people were doing, but it became painfully obvious that we needed something. And the follow-up is so important. The more success you are following up, I think the better you can build relationships and Nutshell really helps us organize all of that and keep it in a really fluid process. So what helps Nutshell stand out from other CRMs, I think are three things. One, it's functionality. It's easy to use. The second thing is the cost. I mean, Nutshell is an extremely reasonable price for an insanely cool piece of technology that helps our business grow every day. And the third thing that sets Nutshell apart is its service. The competitors of Nutshell are large and you have to push 19 prompts to talk to somebody. Nutshell, I can call my account manager, talk to him or her about what I'm, what question I have or what I need help with, and they'll respond right away. How many deals did I lose before Nutshell? That's the way my brain works. I think, thankful for what I saved here, but weren't using Nutshell for I think you'll keep this customer for as long as we're in business, which is hopefully as long as you're in business.
