Inspired by a visit to a local Austin cheese shop, we decided we wanted to create our own specialty food market. Georgetown was the perfect place to open our shop. So, we set out on a journey. We started earning certifications in wine through our studies at the Texas Wine School. Then, over the course of a few years, we traveled across the country learning about cheese. Our specialty food market is the culmination of our passion, our education, and our curation of the best local and imported products. We have cheese here you won't find anywhere else in town, and we're careful to select wines that pair with the artisan products we sell. We'd be thrilled to recommend a pairing, create a custom charcuterie board or design a cheese-and-wine basket for you. After all, cheese and wine are our passion.
