Hi, my name is Matt Dinsmore and I'm one of the managers at Wilbur's Total Beverage. I've been here since 2000, so over the last 12 and a half years I've had the opportunity to learn about wine, spirits and beer and travel the globe tasting different products that we can sell here in Colorado. One of my favorite things is Single Malt Scotch, which shows through here at Wilbur's Total Beverage. We have over 200 different Single Malt's from all over Scotland and actually all over the globe. We have some Single Malt's that are actually coming in from Asia. Most people have tried McCallan, Glen Levitt or Glen Fittick. For those of you who have tried those, I recommend trying Balvenny Doublewood. It's a 12 year old Single Malt Scotch that is very balanced and smooth. The oak shows through nicely, but there's also a touch of heather honey to it. What makes this Single Malt so special is the last six months the Scotch is aged in sherry casks, which adds a little bit of sweetness. This is for Single Malt lovers and also people who have never tried Single Malt. That touch of sweetness sometimes shines through and gets people who normally didn't
