The Exchange is a new development in Old Town Fort Collins that will come to life in 2017 as the home of creative offices, restaurants, & a central plaza.
The Exchange is uniquely Fort Collins and plays on the vibrancy and character of Old Town. A destination for great food, entertainment, mercantile, and creative outdoor areas creates the perfect fusion of family-friendly leisure and liveliness. The inviting open-air central quarter is canopied with strings of lights and community-style picnic tables. This plaza will serve as an entertainment area with a music venue and outdoor projection screen that will offer live music, movie showings, and year-round events. Inspired cuisine, craft cocktails and beer will be served via Shipping Container Cars. This innovative concept is new to Fort Collins and repurposes shipping containers to house pop-up-style restaurants and bars. Churn, the latest creation from Little Man Ice Cream, will be a flagship of the central quarter. Inspired by their original Denver concept, Churn will emphasize the food sensation that comes from enjoying homemade ice cream and hand crafted malts. The perimeter of The Exchange will include restaurants, retail and creative office spaces. The Exchange is bike friendly and encourages walkable and bikeable connectivity with the rest of the community and is slated to open Summer 2017.
