If we do not have it, we will do our best to locate it for you! ***HOW THIS WORKS*** We will mostly be doing live PARTY sales and on occasion album sales. We will also be part of Multi-Consultant Sales. Prior to going live, we will post in advance, and the day of letting you know if there will be a party. As the party draws nearer, we will let you know when we will be going live. The first person to comment “Sold” and the corresponding number (i.e. “Sold 100”) on the live thread AND hears their name called claims the item being shown. We will repeat your name and let you know if you got the item. **PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE GO BY THE COMMENTS FROM WHAT OUR FACEBOOK FEED SHOWS US AND THAT YOU WILL ALWAYS SEE YOUR COMMENT FIRST*** Please keep track of your items so you can fill out the google doc accordingly. Once you are finished shopping for the evening, please fill the google doc out. All invoices will be sent the SAME NIGHT of the party as long as the google doc has been filled out. Invoices need to be paid within 12 hours of being sent, or the orders will be put back and resold at our next party same goes for unfilled out google docs! ***PRICING*** SHIPPING: 1 item = $4 shipping 2+ items = $7 shipping Order $150+ = FREE shipping *we cannot combine shipping from multiple parties. YOU must contact us through our email [email protected] and willl need to provide us with the defective product and proof of your purchase. Proof of purchase may include the following: original receipt or a copy of bank statement showing the purchase. We do not do any exchanges on leggings purchased during special games. We also do not split leggings that are sold in 2, 3, or 4 packs. That means no swaps, returns, or exchanges on the packs of leggings. And lastly, if you buy an outfit and you wish to exchange it, you have to return it TOGETHER. We will not accept exchanges on part of an outfit (NO EXCEPTIONS!) ***ADDRESS UPDATES*** If your address changes for ANY reason, please email us at [email protected] so we can update our shipping system.
