Fitchburg Flea Market

Hope you're having a wonderful day out there. We certainly are in here. A little c The air always kicks up right about the end of the show. What we're worried about now? Yeah. It makes doing the promos go a lot faster. You just got to make through it, right? Yes. All right. Fitchburg Flea Market. T It happens up at McGaw Park on Sundays. We sent a camera crew out there yesterday to kind of see what we could find. Here we go. My name is Fawn and I am the manager and event coordinator for the Fitchburg Flea Market. T We run on Sundays from 9 to 2. During the week we promote and pass out flyers. We contact businesses to help with passing out our flyers. And we pretty much just get the word out there as much as we can. There was a gentleman the first year who ran it and he had about five vendors every Sunday. And then there was another woman previous that ran the flea market and she started to get the flea market a little bit bigger and then t And now it's myself and my partner Jennifer w She also does vending too so she does two spots. You can find vintage collectibles. There's antiques. Sometimes we have bakery repurpose items. We have a vendor who makes things out of palettes and crates and things We have flowers. We have vegetables. We have soaps. Makeup. Unique vendor. We have some direct vendors and we have some people that just We have a vendor who makes American Girl Dough clot She knits them and then we also have food carts. And it's different every week. We actually have a The vendor page is specifically for vendors so that we can pass along information. If there's any events going on in other places that we aren't open. I also share that information with them so that they can take part in other flea market events. We do go usually through, we start in April about the last week and then we go tell about the end of September. We close sometimes due to weather. Sometimes the park has different events going on so they do also to give us dates that were closed.
