Keller Crafted is the first Non-GMO verified charcuterie company in the U.S. Our meat products are hand crafted sourcing only meat from animals that are Humanely Raised and Harvested. They are never given Antibiotics or Hormones. We only use organically approved meat preservation techniques. Our pork is certified sustainably raised by the Food Alliance and certified to be free of GMOs by the Non-GMO project. Keller Crafted is redefining sustainability and animal husbandry by developing one of the first farms in the continental United States to use Korean Natural Farming techniques. The success of the Keller Crafted Farm would redefine animal production and demonstrate that natural farming techniques can scale and slowly replace the use of methods that are detrimental to the earth and to our health.
