We have a passion for ceramic grills, more specifically, accessories that fit inside ceramic grills.
We designed t What we also found was it works great with the Devon and Conker system in the Big Joe's, both the Big Joe 2 and the Big Joe 3. So let's just take a quick look and see how we can incorporate t So the Expander Rack simply gives us a second level above our main cooking area. One of the challenges we had in designing t Even if we slide that upper grid back and forth, it still makes it difficult to get to the back side of that lower grid. So we solved that simply by doing t So talking with the rack, we're going to do t One is for grilling, the other is for barbecuing, and then we're going to talk about what these little guys are used for. So for grilling, it's as easy as we've taken our 20 inch round grid. We cut it in half, we put it on the rack, and welded it to the rack so it's permanent. So the grid's big enough for one, two, three, four rib eyes or strip steaks or a bunch of vegetables. It goes on the Devon and Conker system very simply by setting it on the top rack or you can actually set it down on the grid and work it from t You have plenty of room, again five inches to get in and underneath t So it's a very simple, very straightforward way of giving you another level above. You pick again the height differences from the top to the bottom on both the Big Joe 3 and the Big Joe 2. We can also use t But what we found is t So we added a second grid. T And now we have plenty of room up here to do multiple racks of ribs, multiple pork butts or brisket or a bunch of sausages or some other the size of t And we have five inches of space in here so we have plenty of room for pork butts or briskets down here and pork butts or briskets up here. So it's very simple. It's very capable of doing the barbecue cooks. It gives you a lot of expandability. All right, so what do we use these little stainless U hooks for? Well simply, they are used to be able to lock the expander system in on the upper level when the grids are on the lower level. How hard are they to put in? Not hard at all. Just simply lock them over the Devon and Conker system, up over the expander's lower rig system. And now you're in and now they're fixed. So now you don't have to worry about anyt Easy way to lock it in and take it off. We appreciate your business and
