Today we're going to step back in time to 2022 and take a look at a liquid eating Sears Hometown Store located in Sunnyside, Was Let's look around and see if they even have anyt As you can see as we're walking around the store is pretty well cleared out. I mean they do have some merchandise. One thing I can say about this particular Sears Hometown Store, if you want to see what it kind of looked You can see a full blown video there. The prices were really That was one t As you can see they're getting towards the end of their sale and some of their things were maybe Some other t I t Looks I do want to apologize for the shaky camera work. T I was just kind of using my phone and trying to be not really being noticed of filming inside the store. A lot of times they won't let you film or take pictures. One of the main reasons I came to t See t I guess it kind of reminds me of a metal chair. Kind of reminds me of somet But when I called and I knew that some of the Sears Stores had these chairs, they had to purchase them from Sears. He said he had two of them at the time when I called. So this chair saga is going to drag out for several years and we're going to do it all right here But So let's go ahead and continue to walk around and see what else they got. Music So one of the today was really, probably no exception. See a couple of rooms hanging around. I don't See most of the writing lawnmowers have already been sold. Let's take a look at some of the barbecues and see what cells they got on those. Music Some of the other t One's there at the entryway. One's going to be at the cash register. I picked up She even said Sears was So I thought that was kind of interesting. I picked them up for maybe $50 each, so it was a pretty good deal. Here I'm going to take a look at t I ended up purchasing it. It was about twice as much as some of the other ones that I picked up at the other stores. But anyway, In fact, I ended up picking up two of those regular Craftsman ones. And then another one was a Sears NASCAR one. One of the regular ones I actually gave to a buddy of mine who is also into Craftsman Tools pretty heavy. So I'm talking to the salesman. He goes, So I was really disappointed, but I understand. Okay, it is what it is. I know that you had two of them, but if one of them is gone, I'll go ahead and purchase the one. So after I purchased it, I went in behind and I did a little d Found t Went in and threw it in the rig. So let's go ahead and visit the store in 2022 when the store had actually been closed. So as we're approac So I'm going to put the camera over the fence. We're going to take a little bit of a look inside. What do you see there in the lower left here screen? It's the second chair that I was obsessed with. Couldn't believe it. Sears closed. Nobody's in sight. The salesman said, oh, we don't have it. Well, they actually did end up having it. So here t Not Sure wish I could have bought it back then, but we're going to find out what happens down the road. So we're in the Sears side store again. Fast forward two years to 2024 and boom, there's now a furniture place occupying the old Sears hometown store. So basically we're going to take a look inside and we're just going to have a walk around and see if we see that chair. So I started making my way to the back of the store and boom, there's that chair. Sitting at some type of desk. I couldn't believe it. It was I knew it wasn't part of the regular merchandise. As you can see, they got mats right there from when Sears was open, but she ended up letting me buy it. So a set of four at the Sears and Tuck Willow when they closed.
