As we enter the entrance hall, you are immediately greeted with this beautiful stained glass window to our left, throwing in natural light onto this entrance hallway, complete with two large reception rooms, my particular favourite being the front living room with this large bay window, there's a wash with natural light as we head into the inner hallway. To my right hand side, there's access to the cellar, perfect for keeping your home line collection, which leads us perfectly through to the sitting room, come morning room, with this wonderful original cast-iron feature fireplace. Now it leads us through to the very heart of the home, the open plan kitchen. Now, as you come into the kitchen to my left, there's access to a ground floor shower room, ideal when you come in for one of those walks from Hall Park. Now, as we come into the kitchen, perfectly well equipped with a range of built-in units, room for the central island, completed with granite work tops, overlooking the rear garden, and then it flows seamlessly through to this well-extended, vaulted ceiling family room, which is full of natural light with ideal access onto the beautiful rear garden. Now, as we head up to the first floor, where we've got four good side bedrooms with some lovely featured fireplaces with the rear bedroom being a good size with a stunning stained glass feature, it's a wonderful main family bathroom with a three-piece white suite complemented with attractive tanning. What I love about the master bedroom, apart from the fact that it's full of natural light, is its vista towards Hampton Street. It's a rare period, wonderful character for properties. I believe this will make Hampton Street so, so popular within Hall itself. So I personally loved about living in Hall myself. It's day-to-day amenities, which includes delicatacens, butchers, fruit and veg, pubs. It's all within a few moments' walk of Hampton Street.
